Return process

A wizard with custom inputs was designed, so the users can easily go step by step through the process and submit their return requests.

By selecting all the necessary info in one screen, the wizard helps users quickly fill in the rest of the fields.

When a request is submitted, a progress bar appears with all the statuses of the process. In addition, highlighting the current state helps users track the request status.

Checkout process

A simple and straightforward flow was designed for the checkout process with three basic steps, appearing on the top side of the page, accompanied with clear icons, so the users are aware of the current step and the upcoming ones as well.

Each set of checkout information is inside a white box, making them distinct, and that way the users fill in the fields easily and without distractions.

Desktop redesign

Based on the customer’s needs for the redesign, the header was improved, regarding the placement of the elements as well as the color palette.

At the product list, the filters were changed as well, placing them inside white boxes for a better separation.

Last but not least, the selectable elements of the products on hover have an improved placement.
The colors were moved at the bottom of the area and the size selection along with the main CTA are placed in bottom of the product’s photo.

Mobile redesign

At the new redesign, the bottom menu bar was removed and its elements were placed on the top bar in a different order. The most important elements were kept, consisting of the burger menu, and the links for the phone call, the account page and the cart page.

The search element was moved inside the menu and the appearance of the categories changed into white boxes with the images on the left.

At the product page, the image is now full width and the “shop the look” button appears in a prominent position. Furthermore, the sticky bar with the essential info and the CTA is now placed on the bottom, following the users, during scrolling.
